Invest in those that invest in you.

My Why

To me, being a realtor is about creating meaningful opportunities, solving problems, and making a real difference in people’s lives. What drives me most is watching clients step toward a better future and seeing the comfort, joy, and confidence that come with it. This career also allows me to provide for the people I love while helping others reach their goals, and building that kind of trust is what makes the work so rewarding.

The moments I cherish most are the ones that happen after the paperwork is done. A father telling his daughter he can’t wait to buy her a trampoline now that they’re finally out of an apartment. Kids racing into their new backyard and immediately digging into the dirt, sticks, and rocks. A client at his housewarming, proudly pouring drinks for his father and grandfather. A single dad telling me his kids just spent their first night at his new house, and they loved it.

That’s why this is so much more than a transaction to me. It’s exactly where I’m meant to be, and I believe in it with everything I’ve got.

Community Focused

I was raised to believe that young people are the most important part of any community, and that belief still shapes how I spend my time. I coach basketball at Eisenhower High School, volunteer with local sports programs, and show up for youth activities whenever I can. Investing in kids, on the court and off it, is one of the most rewarding things I do.

That same commitment carries over to the people who support our kids every day. I serve on the board of Artos, a nonprofit dedicated to honoring the staff of the Yakima School District. From cafeteria workers and custodians to teachers and principals, we recognize their work with gifts of appreciation, because every one of them plays a vital role in our community and deserves to be celebrated.

At the end of the day, my work in real estate is an extension of the same passion. Helping families find their place in Yakima means helping build the neighborhoods, schools, and teams I care so much about. Whether I’m coaching on the sidelines or guiding a client through one of the biggest decisions of their life, my goal is the same: to show up, invest fully, and leave this community a little stronger than I found it.
